Randall A. Bansley, Auditor at the Office of Charitable Gaming will be our speaker. This office protects the integrity of charitable gaming in Wisconsin. Their regulatory responsibility is to protect the public interest and the integrity of games of chance played in the state.
The office is responsible for the licensing and regulation of raffles and bingos conducted by charitable organizations. Annually they license approximately 9,000 raffle organizations and 300 bingo organizations. Additionally, they perform on-site operational inspections of bingo events and initiate compliance audits of organizations conducting charitable gaming.
